My name is Connor, and I’m a Music Director at a church out in Arizona. I know what it takes to pull off a weekend. Building tracks, resourcing Planning Center, dreaming up arrangements and ideas for your worship set, all while balancing the hundreds of other responsibilities that come with ministry can feel impossible to do alone.

That’s why I started Church Tracks. My goal is to make it feel like you have an actual Music Director on staff for a fraction of the cost. Someone who is invested in your team, your vision, and your weekend experience.

  • Basic - Starting at $500 / month

    Get your tracks ready for the weekend without the stress. We’ll build an easy-to-use Ableton session that matches your service plan in Planning Center and keeps every transition running smoothly. We’ll set everything up and test it on the computer you’ll be using, then export an MP3 of the full service flow and upload it to Planning Center so your team can practice ahead of time. When the weekend comes, you can simply show up and press play.

  • Essentials - Starting at $750 / month - my recommendation

    You’ll receive everything included in the Basic plan, plus complete weekend resourcing in Planning Center, curated with a music director’s mindset. Each song will include individual practice tracks for every instrument that highlight the correct parts for your specific arrangement. Songs also will have lyric sheets, chord charts, and Nashville Number System charts. Your plan will also include a detailed written plan that keeps your whole team on the same page. It’s like having a music director on staff, making sure every musician knows exactly what to play and is ready for the weekend.

  • Premium - Starting at $1250 / month

    Our Premium package includes everything in Essentials, plus full-service automation for a smooth, stress-free weekend. We’ll use MIDI and/or timecode to automate ProPresenter lyrics, lighting cues, and audio console changes, keeping every part of your service working together. This package also includes a complete ProPresenter lyric package that matches your specific song arrangements. Everything is programmed, delivered, set up, and tested so your worship and production teams are ready for the weekend.
